Our Production Process

At Zhongpan Laser, we offer a streamlined and efficient production process, tailored to meet both standard and OEM needs. From raw material cutting, ultrasonic cleaning, fine polishing, and advanced coating to manual inspection and strict quality control, every step is carefully managed in-house. We work closely with OEM clients to deliver customized laser lens solutions with reliable performance, fast turnaround, and consistent quality.

Stage 1: Precision Cutting

High-quality imported raw materials are precisely cut using advanced CNC and laser cutting machines to form the base shape of each lens.

Stage 2: Chamfering

Using specialized equipment to create beveled edges on the product, removing sharp corners to improve safety and processing precision, while preparing the surface for subsequent grinding and polishing steps.

Stage 3: Rough Model

The cut materials are shaped into rough lens forms, setting the groundwork for more refined processing in later stages.

Stage 4: Polishing

The lenses undergo fine polishing to achieve a smooth, high-transparency surface, which is essential for superior optical clarity.

Stage 5: Inspection (After Polishing)

A thorough check of the polished surface, focusing on flatness, smoothness, and the absence of scratches or impurities, ensuring the product meets quality standards for the next process.

Stage 6: Ultrasonic Cleaning

Using high-frequency sound waves, lenses are thoroughly cleaned to remove any microscopic debris, oil, or residue without damaging the surface.

Stage 7: Advanced Coating

Specialized multi-layer coatings are applied to enhance durability, increase light transmission, and improve resistance to heat and laser damage.

Stage 8: Inspection After Coating

Every lens undergoes strict manual and equipment-based inspection to ensure it meets our high standards for precision and performance.

Stage 9: Film Covering

After the coating process, the lenses then proceed to the film application stage. During the film application process, the surface of the lenses is also inspected to check for any scratches, bubbles, impurities or other defects to ensure the appearance quality of the product.

Stage 10: Packing

Finished lenses are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for use.

Stage 11: Warehousing

Qualified products are registered in the system, assigned tracking numbers, and moved into the finished goods warehouse for organized and standardized inventory management.
